Day 1

I've been eating fresh raw fruits / for two days before entering vegetables fasting to cleanse my colon (which is kind of a requirement if you do a water fast more than 3 days)water and weight loss. Since I have not eaten for over a day ago, I had to reward myself with a walk. But after about two hours of fast walking pace, I really do not much energy left. I was not even starting to feel a little dizzy, especially when I tried to walk fast (which can be fully provided with a water fast). Judging by what I felt, my body is now very close to full ketosis. I lost 5.5 pounds

(2.5 kg) in the first two days of my water fast. If you decide to make a quick 2 days of water to lose weight, you can always expect good results from it. After this point (which probably will happen within three days, if you do not exercise) you will usually start to feel very tired, so it is a good cutoff point for beginners.
Day 3

If you stick to your water fast for 3 days, the results will really start to show. I lost 8.6 pounds (3.9 kg)  Total after completing the first three days

The last day of fasting started very well, but in the middle of my slow walking pace almost completely out of fuel.

But the amount of body fat you actually lost?

all my body fat, it just means I lost lean body mass (muscle tissue water) at the same rate as my body fatwater fasting weight loss. At the beginning of the fast, I weighed 189.8 pounds (86.1 kg) which means I packed on about 51 pounds (23 kg) of body fat (body fat percentage of 27%). But since my fat percentage has remained equal to 175.3 pounds (79.5 kg) of my body fat is 47 pounds (21 kg)

. This means that the actual loss of body fat is about 4 pounds (2 kg), while the rest was water weight and a lean body mass. I wrote an article on the estimation of muscle loss during a water fast, and judging by this study, the sacrifice of losing 4 pounds of fat in 5 days was also about 250 grams of muscle mass.

While for most people to sacrifice muscle mass while losing fat fast is not an option, there are some situations I can see myself in that I just have to not worry about the muscle. If I was very obese, my priority would bring my body fat as quickly as possible, regardless of muscle mass

With five days of fasting is not really a big deal, but the last meal you eat before the fast of water will remain in your colon to the end of fasting. It is also an alternative to the concept (which also helps with weight loss called), but I'm not excited to do a colon cleanse / colon. The biggest problem with water fasting will probably be your own mind. You need to spend the first days of negotiation with hunger and cravings and hunger after finally gone, the levels of fatigue and lack of energy set in. Most people I know do not even be able to pass through first two days of the preparations pre - fasting. To fast forward a stress-free environment (perhaps out of work and others) will not help much, because it also means that you have a lot of extra free time (think food). I can understand that most people are totally unprepared to handle the psychological aspect of refraining from eating, and I'm exactly the same in the past. Fortunately, the management of the mental part of water fasting (or any other dietary restriction) is not something you have or do not have, but it is a skill that can be learned.
